Built long-term relationships with them in my previous roles in the organisation so I was able to support them through a relational approach to get involved in the work we had in Peer Power and also their employment goals. • Worked with the NHS Violence Reduction Programme to deliver outreach workshops to young people in their communities to co-produce feedback on healthcare in their local areas. • Lead on delivering group coaching to a range of secure settings who worked with young people. Also delivered a team coaching session to the Youth Engagement Team within the organisation to develop peer to peer support and reflect on and overcome challenges. • Delivered online and in-person co-production training that was co-produced by young partners and developed it further with the team.
