Abdullah’s role within the Computer Operations Department encompassed the following responsibilities: •Collaborating with the Automation Lead to streamline and automate group-level process. •Assisting primary support teams in the upgrade and maintenance of system components. •Contributing to the development and refinement of system disaster recovery procedure

Abdullah’s responsibility as an associate cybersecurity analyst at Saudi Aramco Global Cybersecurity Operations Center (GSOC) included but not limited to:•Monitoring cybersecurity events across systems, identifying potential threats and suspicious activities in real time.•Handling security incidents by determining their impact, performing mitigations and coordinating containment and resolution efforts.•Providing daily briefings on security incidents, summarizing the incidents and the response actions taken.•Participating in a specific ad-hoc task, contributing to the enhancement of SOC operations.

Abdullah works at the Information Systems Audits Division, specifically the Application & Data Audits Group. His work includes, but is not limited to:•Conducting interviews and walkthroughs with process owners and subject matter experts to obtain information and assess risks related to information systems and processes.•Communication of audit findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, concise, and objective manner.•Maintaining accurate and detailed work papers to document audit test procedures, findings, and conclusions.•Participation in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

• Abdullah worked in the corporate banking division, specifically the corporate technology and change management section, where he assisted the business analysis team leader in writing business requirements documents for business change requests.

• Preform executive assistance tasks, to support the head of NEOM Technology and Digital sector, which include: calendar management, meetings arrangement, external and internal communication, and financial reporting. • Monitor and coordinate procurement activities between Technology and Digital, Procurement, Finance, and Legal departments.• Conduct market research about different sectors and emerging technologies.

• Managing an interdisciplinary and multinational startup to deliver weekly pitch presentations and executive summary about our product. • Conducting face to face customer interviews to help the team have insight into customers' needs.• Introducing a cloud-based management tool that makes it easier to assign tasks, watch progress, and set reminders to team members.MapStress is a product that provides precise health monitoring for heart problems (heart attack and high blood pressure), sleep disorders (sleep apnea) and other conditions (fever and excessive sweating) during sleep.
