“Hey, can you help me with something?”I like solving problems and love helping people solve their problems. And as anyone who has ever tried to cut a bagel with a butter knife has found out, even the simplest problems become complex when you don’t have the right tools. And unfortunately, just having the right tool isn't enough - you have to know how to use it.Solutions should be human-centered. For me, that means not just understanding exactly what technology is capable of, but explaining it in a way that anyone can understand it too. Sometimes that’s redesigning old solutions to make them more intuitive, sometimes that’s training people on existing solutions to increase their mastery, and sometimes that’s creating something brand new that does work unlike anything else.I have 6+ years in solving problems and pride myself on doing so in a way that lets clients continue to solve their problems long after we hang up the phone. My work has taken me to every corner of the world, up and down the corporate ladder, and across all industry verticals. Effective solutions require effective communication, and I enjoy adapting solutions for audiences of all sizes. But my true superpower is the joy of learning. It is this joy that allows me to stare at a problem for hours before finding the last detail that separates this from all the other problems I’ve solved before. And so no matter how diverse my clients are, if they’re dealing with a problem, they know to call me first.“Sure, what can I do for you?”
