Planning and coordination of Expansion/Green field Projects by collaborating with External & Internal Stakeholders; Design Consultants, Retails & Operation, Excellence, FMD and Project Managers.• Coordinate full scale project plan, project resource allocation and its timelines.• Coordinate and schedule work directly and/or through the Project Coordinators/Manager (North, Central & South).• Responsible for providing completed detailed Design, Tender and Construction documents (BOQ ESTIMATES & SPECIFICATIONS) packages, and review of the design of fit out package and construction documents prepared by design consultants.• Ensuring timely issuance of the layout/construction drawings through external vendor/consultant.• Coordinate for timely documentation and formulation of contract with the key stakeholders• Plan the construction process at site and all stages of project to ensure adherence to budget, contract and quality.• Prepare reports defining project progress and problems based on assessmentsshared by Project Managers. Process project evaluations and assessment ofresults.• Ensure monitoring of progress against all projects is timely and accurate andenables management and stakeholders have visibility and sufficient information to make the required decisions.

Pakistan

• Working with the other project team and operation department to identify the requirements and develop a statement of the project.• Providing project management for assigned projects from preliminary planning to construction.• Preparing preliminary plan and design based on the programmatic requirements YUM (A global Restaurant Chain).• Providing detailed Design, Tender, and Construction documents and assist in the review of the design of fit-out package and construction documents prepared by other teams.• Reviewing the MEP & Structure drawings from consultants and coordinating with the project team to properly implement the design.• Selecting furnishings and finishing from a wide range of applications• Provide support to the project team and other administrates for the assigned projects.• Assisting in Procurement of materials and supplies required for projects.• Dealing with vendors and perform other project related duties as assigned • Preparing the project reports.

Karachi
