Prior to Delhivery & Amazon I am having 6 years of working experience in Telecom Industry where I worked for Airtel, Aircel in Sales & Distribution & worked for Reliance Jio in Real Estate. I worked in 3 different geographies (Delhi, JK & Ladakh) in telecom where I handled roles of Territory sales Manager & in Amazon handled the role of Channel Team Lead.I Joined Delhivery as a Manager in last mile in Srinagar from there I expanded the DPP network in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal & LadakhIn this role I leads 6 Station Managers, 85 DPP Stations. This team is responsible for delivering smiles to customers living in JK, Ladakh & Himachal.I am responsible for building capability of DPP partners to manage peak variations & ensuring they are compliant as per Delhivery standards.
