• Day to Day Bank reconciliation of deposits and withdrawals from Nodal account.• Bank MIS reconciliation with system data and matching of funds on daily basis.• Co-ordinate with Banks for issues in reconciliation and payment related issues.• Maintaining Nodal Account Health by keeping check on funds lying and Age analysis of the same.• Verification and Validation of the Payment Gateway commissions, Net Banking commissions, Partner commissions, Wallet commissions with Invoices received from Banks and Banking Partners.• Ensuring the commissions are charged as per the agreed commercials with the banks.• Balancing and matching of the funds at day ends. Analyse the difference occurs and treatment of the same.• Research and solve payment discrepancies.• Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures. • Generate monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements and reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts receivable activity.• Month End Deliverables: Cost reports, Gross margin analysis

• Reconciliation: Reconcile Volt AR, AP, GL and Intercompany books by coordinating with Program Manager’s, Customers, Vendors and Internal departments. Researching the reason for discrepancies by referring backup documents and reports, working with internal department to process necessary adjustments for discrepancies (PO issues, Rate/Hour discrepancies, tax issues and others)• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and present to Management. Compiled reports to show statistics of Volt spend paid and unpaid details and other AR/AP Aging reports, Reconciliation Statements.• Weekly aging analysis with action plan and work with customers and clear the past dues.• Handling email queries from Management, Customers, Vendors and Intercompany teams.• Interacting with internal and external customers for clarifications.• Participating in year end close process, research questions for auditors as required.• Updating daily productivity metrics and achieving the target.• Identifying the recurring issues and assisting in process improvements.• Worked on special projects such as Non-Billable, Credit report, 60+ Aging report, AR/AP netting (reduced the non-billable items by closely working with internal departments, worked with vendors in collecting refunds which reduced the credit balances) • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
