Finance Manager, USAID funded CRA Project-Punjab, DAI Pakistan July 2018 - February 2022 Managed $53 million USAID-funded contract on CVE in Punjab and Sind, Pakistan.Lead Financial management of overall program activities on peace building initiatives and CVE in Punjab. Worked on Annual VAT Report, Quarterly projections and assisted in pipeline requests. Ensure USAID compliance, with no material financial audit findings with a thorough review of day-to-day financial disbursements. Manage a team of 4 people of which 2 Field Accountants and 2 Finance Assistants are direct reportees.

Consolidate & Review Field Expense Report from the field and responsible for submission to the Home Office in the US. It was a USAID funded project of 25 million US dollars for the support of conflict victims in khyber pukhton khuwa and FATA. This support included Medical & Psychosocial support, Grants for Medical professional trainings of public hospitals, Livelihood trainings, small business grants and the scope of work also include public private partnership to bring sustainable impact to the peoples who suffer losses.

Grant / VCD Associate, USAID funded FIRMS Project, Chemonics International July 2010 to August 2012I have worked as Grant Associate at Chemonics International – USAID funded FIRMS Project of $3.5 million Malakand SME Recovery Assistance Program aimed to stimulate economic growth in the Swat Valley of Pakistan by providing capital to dormant or underperforming businesses affected by militant conflict and monsoon flooding. The objective of FIRMS project is to deliver technical assistance and expertise as may be required to enhance the competitiveness of Pakistani firms, sector, workforce, business enabling environments, standards and certifications, infrastructure, and any other factors that affect Pakistan’s ability to successfully compete in the global marketplace.
