Project: Refurbishment of King FAHAD International Stadium- RiyadhClient: Ministry of SportsConsultant: MACE & AECOMResponsibilities:  Assisting in preparation and implementation of project deliverables such as Logistic plan, Site Facility Plan, worker welfare plan, Risk assessment, NOC’s & mobilization plan etc. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety.  Arrangement of required resources in timely manner based on look ahead plan.  Assisting in Implementation of QA/QC & ITP Plan.Monitor and evaluate the performance and activities of subcontractors as per Scope, Cost and Quality baselines.  Check project plans and drawings to verify authenticity of office plans  Monitor/Assisting Substructure, Super structure, and finishing activities.  Ensuring effective coordination between Safety, Architectural, Structural, QA/QC,MEP and Procurement and Documents Control division to proceed the project smoothly  Follow a formal communication plan with Consultants, and Client.  Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly progress reports  Attending weekly project meetings with consultant and client.  Attending inspection with consultant and related authorities to proceed the construction activity as per project scope & schedule.  Follow-up field tests such as density, concrete pour, slump, temperature tests etc.  Tracking activities against the detailed project schedules and management plan. Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications  Prepare shop drawings if required Offer technical expertise and guidance to project teams, answering questions and providing recommendations to maintain quality standards.  Assign tasks to Site Engineers  Managing Snagging and DE-snagging, testing and commissioning of the project.  Follow up PPE or other safety matters on site

Projects:i) Construction of EMARAT Petrol Station - Dubaiiv) Building's (Residential, Commercial) and Villas Construction (Dubai & Sharjah)Responsibilities: Assisting in preparation of project Engineering scope of works such as Project execution plan, Logistic plan, Site Facility Plan, worker welfare plan, mobilization plan, method statements etc.  Planning, Managing and allocating resources (manpower, equipment & material) and supervising all site activities on daily basis.  Monitor/Assisting Substructure works (Excavation, Compaction, Anti termite, polythene sheeting, PCC and RCC ,water proofing, Back-filling etc). Monitor/Assisting Super structure works( RCC, Steel Structure, Precast roof, Block masonry, Plastering, wet area & Roof waterproofing etc) . Monitor/Assisting Finishing works (wall and floor finishes, Ceiling works, cladding, façade works, Joinery, Glass and Aluminum works etc.  Ensuring effective coordination between Safety, Architectural, Structural, QA/QC, MEP and Procurement and Documents Control division to execute the project smoothly.  Ensuring that the quality control Inspections on site activities are conducted. Ensuring that the approved project’s plans (execution plan, quality plan, safety plan, etc.)are being adhered to and implemented by the sub-contractors.  Manage and coordinate the construction team,  Follow up of RFI, NCR, IR,MIR or field report.  Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications Attending weekly job meetings Coordinate with procurement engineer, Site Engineers / Quality Specialist Assign tasks to Site Engineers.  Snagging and DE-snagging, testing and commissioning of the project  Assisting in preparation/collection of project handing over documents such asoperational manuals, warranties, As- Built drawings, Inventory/Assets verification list, vendor list etc  Managing site from mobilization till handing over.
