Working as part of the Global Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics (BIAA) team, my role involved partnering with stakeholders in the support and delivery of Business Intelligence and Planning solutions. I manage the ANZ Business Intelligence demands across the different business divisions by co-coordinating delivery with the Global & Regional teams and also autonomously manage the Cognos Reporting & Planning environment for ANZ Finance. Achievements• Re-strategized the implementation of new Business Intelligence (BI) environment for the HP division including implementation of new Oracle ANZ HP Datamart under challenging circumstances. The reporting platform ensured data integrity and improved the sales force effectiveness strategy for the HP business • Successfully managed the delivery of a Management Dashboard for the Sales & Marketing managers for the HP division. The dashboard was presented and acknowledged by a member of the Global Board of Directors to demonstrate excellence in reporting and shortlisted to be used as a global template• Integration of two legacy systems following the merger of Merial and the AH division of Boehringer. Successfully developed the strategy and managed the implementation process which involved SAP integration and co-ordinating with stakeholders across multiple continents and different time zones.• Successfully upgraded the Cognos platform and single-handedly managed end to end delivery saving the company $30K in external consulting costs. Achieved this in an aggressive time frame for which I was commended by the Business Controller. • Created an automated process which aligned the accuracy of monthly stock orders to that of Product Managers which led to a 33% reduction in monthly SKU order forecasting process• Diligently planned & managed migration of SQL server in less than the estimated time provided by the external Consultant and achieved savings of 20%
