10+ years of customer service within the hospitality industry covering multiple positions such as overnight security, loss prevention and shipping and handling supervisor, night audit, front desk, and as an operations manager. The time spent in these positions have cultivated my skills in customer service. Assisting people from all walks of life with any and all their needs is the environment I thrive, offering creative suggestions to ensure all needs of my guests are met to the highest possible standard. A personal passion for computers and technology has led to a strong foundation with a wide breadth of familiarity both with hardware and software makes learning industry or job specific programs a quick and seamless process. Customer service is never a one dimensional relationship, just like a jobs responsibilities; they change with each encounter. I am comfortable wearing many different hats myself, as well as, reaching out to team members to create the best possible product that keeps customers coming back.
