As the Director of Construction, I oversee all major capital projects, guiding them from pre-construction to completion. I provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration with design teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. My focus is on driving on-site success, ensuring projects meet Augusta National's standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Led the planning and execution of new construction and renovation projects, managing millions of dollars in capital improvement projects, and ensuring they were completed on time and within budget. My role involved everything from developing budgets and selecting consultants to overseeing construction managers and providing regular updates to our Executive Leadership team.

Managed planning and design activities for various capital projects, leading a team of internal and external architects, civil engineers, and landscape architects through the entire project lifecycle. I ensured smooth transitions from the design phase to construction.

Responsible for estimating costs for major new construction, renovations, and landscape projects.

During my time at VCC, I managed over $300 million in construction projects, delivering more than 1 million square feet of retail and hospitality space, and over 1,000 multi-family and student housing units. I maintained open communication with all stakeholders and led regular meetings to review project progress and resolve any issues.

In the Air Force, I served in multiple additional duties, including Executive Officer and Training Flight Commander. I was ranked as the top Instructor Pilot and Company Grade Officer in my final two years.
