▪ Give the estimate to the patients according to the treatment advised and as per the hospital tariff.▪ Carry out proper documentation of record and provide all related information to patient after reviewing their policy document and review the claim insurance policy to determine what should be covered.▪ Connecting with the Insurance company to ensure compliance, eligibility, approval requirement and payments. Taking preauthorization from insurance company.▪ Maintains appropriate departmental relations & documentation. Resolve potential issues with patients regarding services and bills.▪ Educate patients and their family members about co-pay and deductibles that may not be covered in their insurance policy.▪ Collection of documents from different departments for claim submission. Reviewing the reason behind denial claims and taking corrective measures for re-submission.▪ Maintain updated records on pre-approvals and reconciliations, and provide regular Excel reports on a weekly monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
