Awarded Illinois Humanities Grant with Family Resource Center on Disabilities to research and report on access to humanities programs and barriers of policy and design encountered by community members and potential and actual attendees of events.Providing consulting services to not for profits seeking accounting, budget, communication or grant and program management support.Leading workshops to evaluate policies and procedures identifying and discussing vulnerabilities, information asymmetry, knowledge gaps, organizational capacity or external constraints. Designing innovative solutions to increase community engagement, develop governmental and participatory efforts that provide direct and convenient service or information delivery.

Albert led CROSO through its post-founder transition he oversaw the recommendation, nomination and successful campaign to elect two former scholars to the CROSO Board of Directors, and built connections between diaspora communities (two strategic plan goals) . Albert conducted scholar and alumni workshops in Kampala, Uganda in fall 2023 and spring 2024 focusing on career counseling, professional development (budgeting, project management, cyber hygiene), and directed formalizing the network of active scholars and CROSO alumni to work together for mutual aid and support. Albert cultivated relationships with other international organizations and institutions of higher learning through face to face and ICT facilitated events focusing on equity for girls and women, asset-based community development and economic/financial growth with local impact, peace and justice initiatives involving increasing access to justice and access to healthcare. CROSO awarded over $70,000 in grants in the last fiscal year, supporting over 16 active scholars.
