AE 245 (Introduction to Aeronautics), Taught technical material to build a sailplane to a class of 30. AE 211 (Computing for Engineers), graded homework, tests, and quizzes. Also interacted with students helping on homework and general programming questions.

I conducted a literature search on the topic of "Secondary Flows and Tip Clearance Control". I also began self-teaching ANSYS FLUENT and the CFD process in general. The final week of the summer concluded with a visit to NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

I taught the laboratory portion of AE 360 (Introduction to Astronautics). In the lab we are building near space balloon satellites. Students gain experience building and assembling electronic parts to make a flight computer and sensor array. They then create a program using a PICAXE chip to collect, store, and retrieve data from the satellite launch. At the end of the semester, they write a technical report detailing the process of building the satellite and the results of the data collected from the sensor array.
