Responsible for teaching in weekly small group sessions (tutorials) which support the learning outcomes of the associated class (module). Additionally, in charge of grading various student assignments, offering constructive feedback, and providing occasional lecturing.

Responsible for working in partnership with the Rector, Christian Formation Commission, and volunteers to oversee and lead ministries to St. Timothy’s children (birth – 5th grade), youth (6th -12th grade), and their families. Additionally, involved in partnering with the members of the Worship Commission, and Community Outreach Commission to support the full participation of youth and families in the life and work of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church. Charged with executing a program and curriculum designed to enhance faith and spiritual life, form discipleship, and support the overall mission of the Episcopal Church.

Responsible for overseeing Christian formation programs for persons aged birth through twelfth grade including, but not limited to: Sunday School, Confirmation classes, Children’s Chapel, Nursery, and special youth activities. Additionally, responsible for coordinating volunteers in these areas, supervising relevant paid staff (e.g. Nursery staff), developing/managing ministry budgets, and implementing diocesan policy concerning best practices for Christian education and childcare. Occasionally attend Vestry meetings at the invitation of the Rector, render pastoral care, and participate in community engagements and outreach in the Richmond area.

Responsible for team leadership, training, and assisting the Technical Coordinator with managerial duties. Tasked with authoring and implementing a variety of training materials and methodologies for A/V staff. Given autonomy to initiate and complete hardware projects (repair, removal, replacement, etc). Managed, and operated a variety of audio/video equipment for functions and events in Talley Student Union, Witherspoon Student Center, Hunt Library, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, etc. Responsible for event management, client satisfaction, and technical integration during events and in general.
