Our agency focuses on members of the federal government and uniformed services. I personally work with many active and retired members of the Federal Employee Retirement Systems (FERS) and Blended Retirement System (BRS). Working for the federal government comes with many amazing benefits but my experience with federal employees has been that many benefits are often lost due to misunderstanding, confusion and bad information. My mission is to make your benefits package easy to understand and optimize, in order to help you create a happy and fulfilling future.I accomplish this through workshops to assist federal agencies in their requirement to deliver retirement financial education to their employees and for supporting financial literacy; per: 5 U.S.C. 8350. I also work individually with FERS and BRS members to maximize their benefits including their pensions, Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) accounts, Social Security, estate planning, personal retirement and investment accounts, and implement any other tools necessary to meet their individual goals.
