I have grown up in a family power equipment business since a young age. During the last 11 years, I have worked in all 3 main parts of the business including parts, service, and sales departments, most of which I have had to operate single handedly due to staffing issues over the years. These experiences have made me incredibly effective in my current position, but also has opened up my mind to thinking outside of the box for the best situational outcome. I am very well versed in the equipment I sell and support, brands including Kioti Tractors, Toro, Exmark, Ferris, Bad Boy Mowers Wright Commercial Products, and Stihl handheld equipment. I have strong leadership ability and exceptional customer relation experience. I have experience in taking tense situations and diffusing them in the most peaceful way possible. From starting out as being pickup and delivery, I have climbed through each aspect of the OPE business, and consider myself a valuable asset in about any position that needs filled.
