I have a small law practice located in Salinas, California. My law practice is currently focused on misdemeanor offenses, low level felonies, DUI, and Restraining Orders.

I was first assigned to manage the Therapeutic Court Calendar Duties for this assignment included: (1) assisting clients in Drug Treatment Court, DUI Court, and Veterans Treatment Court. I was then transferred to the misdemeanor trial calendar. Duties included: (1) reviewing discovery; (2) discussing cases with clients; (3) negotiating dispositions with the District Attorney; (4) writing various pre-trial motions; (5) assisting clients with entering pleas. I also conducted three jury trials in four weeks, two of which ended in acquittals, and the jury that didn't acquit still came back "Not Guilty" on a High BAC enhancement over 0.20.

I provide a championship golf experience at one of the most prestigious private golf clubs in the world. My duties include: providing high end customer service to a private membership and their guests; cleaning, counting, and arranging golf clubs and other pertinent equipment; maintaing and improving physical conditions on the golf course that occur as the result of play (i.e, raking bunkers, replacing divots, fixing ball marks on the greens); and a multitude of other responsibilities necessary to ensure a quality experience.

I was a volunteer attorney in the misdemeanor arraignment court. Duties for this assignment included: (1) Reviewing discovery with clients; (2) scanning for legal and factual issues for litigation; (3) assisting senior attorneys with writing various pre-trial motions; (4) entering pleas on the the record; and (5) legal research.
