I am the group fitness manager for AUT millennium and a qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor and Deep Water Running instructor with a diploma in sports, fitness and recreation as well as R.E.Ps certified. I have always had a passion for exercise and health and decided on a career change in 2020 after COVID so I re-trained to make a career in this field. I am loving it and it is fantastic helping others get fit and healthy!Before that I spent 18 years in the Automotive Industry, starting as an apprentice for South Auckland Ford. Worked my way through to Master Technician then moved onto Service Advisor and then the Service Manager for North Shore Toyota.I am an avid music fan, enjoy riding motorcycles and keeping busy.
