  75 % of my work is High Rise Tenant Improvement and Remodel. I have an impressive resume in Ground Up Commercial Construction as well. I like my market. For one reason there is less competition. A lot of General Contractors will not work High Rise because of the obvious, they do not have the man-power or sub-contractors with the experience to work in a closed building with on site Building Manager, Assistant Manager, Engineers, security guards and a lot of on-site tenants who must be kept happy at all cost. That's where we Shine ! We have many many letters of reference, patting us on the back for jobs well done over the years dealing with the day to day issues of commercial construction in occupied buildings. We have a number of clients who know the market and only take bids from us.
