I helped create a strategy to approach homeowners who were in the foreclosure process who were going to lose their homes, and provide solutions to put them in a better situation. My experience that I gained from the title companies I worked for allowed me to have a unique contribution to the start-up of this company.

I sold life and health insurance by utilizing current clientele of our other insurance departments and by creating mutually beneficial relationships with other businesses and people.

I assisted with day to day commercial escrow operations. This included opening new files for title insurance requests, reading contracts, collecting earnest money and communicating with buyers and sellers of properties to meet deadlines stated in the contract.

I Filled all roles others were too busy to do. This included research for advertising on billboards, clearing out storage space, maintenance, and other day-to-day things to keep a positive work environment.
