Professional Achiviements & Responsabilities • Generate adequate supply plans that guarantee the levels of service required internally and externally, as well as the correct inventory levels for good management of the company's cash flow.• Continuous improvement in the accuracy of the sales forecast and samples by statistical models for demand prediction.• Ensure adequate management of the S&OP process, being responsible for its coordination and continuous improvement.• Coordinate and work as a team with the different areas involved in the process, both internal to logistics (warehouse, imports, distribution, customer service) and external to logistics (sales, marketing, finance).• Monthly root cause analysis, with corrective and preventive action plans that guarantee reaching business goals and continuous improvement processes.• Ensure, control, manage and manage the reception, storage and loading of finished product, pallet, metal rack, manage the availability of the distribution fleet, manage the maintenance of the facilities to have them in optimal operating conditions (warehouse area and maneuvering yard), optimize the use of company resources and maintain the safety of employees and assets under their responsibility.• Responsible for the inventory of the stores of Raw Material, Indirect, Finished Product and the logistics and distribution area of the company.• Development, implementation and monitoring of strategies and work plans related to warehouse management and logistics area.• Maintain 100% accuracy of inventory records in both the management systems and the physical received and managed through a daily reconciliation.
