My wife and I have developed a process to help people with Special Needs and their families to become more integrated into the life of the church. Our process helps young children to be integrated into peer Sunday School classes, peer youth retreats and activities from Birth to Jr. High Youth , and possibly High School Youth.We also can help show how to develop community where people with Special Needs and their families are truly a part of the larger family within the community. They don’t have to feel alone and alienated any longer. They feel supported and cared for, while they are able to do the same for others. We also want to serve small churches from 50 to 300+ that need administrative help, but can’t afford to hire someone full-time. I do not provide a cookie-cutter approach that only suits me, but is tailored to the needs of the church. I have more than 18 years of ministry experience in churches from 30 to 600+. I have served as bookkeeper, database manager, teacher, preacher, leadership trainer, volunteer organizer, small groups administrator and leader, financial assistance program administrator (helping people with low income, or experiencing financial crisis).With my extensive administrative and ministry experience, I can understand the challenges your church is facing and have probably been through what you are going through.My location in Indiana makes me centrally located to help churches all across the mid-west and puts me within reach of the east and south. With today’s video calling and file-sharing technology, I can serve your church as if I was across the hall without the cost of providing and furnishing office space, and even at a lower cost than if I was on staff.
