My wife and I have developed a process to help people with Special Needs and their families to become more integrated into the life of the church. Our process helps young children to be integrated into peer Sunday School classes, peer youth retreats and activities from Birth to Jr. High Youth , and possibly High School Youth.We also can help show how to develop community where people with Special Needs and their families are truly a part of the larger family within the community. They don’t have to feel alone and alienated any longer. They feel supported and cared for, while they are able to do the same for others. We also want to serve small churches from 50 to 300+ that need administrative help, but can’t afford to hire someone full-time. I do not provide a cookie-cutter approach that only suits me, but is tailored to the needs of the church. I have more than 18 years of ministry experience in churches from 30 to 600+. I have served as bookkeeper, database manager, teacher, preacher, leadership trainer, volunteer organizer, small groups administrator and leader, financial assistance program administrator (helping people with low income, or experiencing financial crisis).With my extensive administrative and ministry experience, I can understand the challenges your church is facing and have probably been through what you are going through.My location in Indiana makes me centrally located to help churches all across the mid-west and puts me within reach of the east and south. With today’s video calling and file-sharing technology, I can serve your church as if I was across the hall without the cost of providing and furnishing office space, and even at a lower cost than if I was on staff.

  Are you leading a new church plant or a small to medium-sized church? There is A LOT in your church that needs administration, but you and your small staff don't have the time, and your church doesn't have enough money to hire a full-time administrator. You could use some help getting things in order so the real work of ministry can go forward.I have more than 18 years of ministry experience in churches from 30 to 600+. I have served as bookkeeper, database manager, teacher, preacher, leadership trainer, volunteer organizer, small groups administrator and leader, financial assistance program administrator (helping people with low income, or experiencing financial crisis), missional community leader, discipleship coach, among other roles.My desire is to provide seasoned administrative help to church plants and small to medium sized churches to get them into a place where they can minister and make disciples in a more efficient and successful way without over-extending their budget. I can take over some of the administrative work, off-site, to get it off the plates of over-worked ministry staff, and I can help set up processes and systems to streamline important ministry functions within the church. Processes that often need some streamlining include offering counting, ministry communication, expense reimbursement, and shepherding process, among others.I can also provide coaching to a church that wants to begin developing Discipleship and Missional Communities into their leadership DNA.
