Recruited due to my experience as both an IT director, Head of Infrastructure and head of Managed Services leader, I was asked to help steer and guide SCC’s drive for new business within Managed Services, Service Operations and Infrastructure Management. I was responsible for leading new business opportunities, driving large-scale bids and retaining/transforming existing contracted services. In this role, I had overall responsibility for various large-scale bids, utilising virtual bid teams of up to 50 people. • Leadership of multi-tower services proposals and bid teams ensuring a consistent and holistic approach• Understand and evangelise SCC products to enable correct market positioning for services and technology• Engage with customer leadership team to enable greater understanding of core customer requirements• Drive transformation initiatives across existing customer contracts increasing revenue and service quality• Competitively cost and present solutions to customers resulting in various multi-million contracts
