Additionally my experience in the world of wine production has provided me with a keen understanding of the importance of quality, attention to detail, and the pursuit of excellence – attributes that I believe are integral to the creation of exceptional flavour and fragrance.Working in partnership with Roberson Wine Merchant, I created a quality canned drink product end-to-end. A cross-functional role, I supported all stages of product development while maintaining the project pipeline. Successfully leveraging feedback for continuous improvement, collaborating with the likes of Kingsland Drinks on manufacturing, Enartis on chemical analysis and the Black Arts on label design. Planned the launch activities and drove successful sales outcomes, the product won multiple awards and listings at the likes of Harvey Nichols and Selfridges, as well as export to Norway.I have expertise in creating high quality experiential marketing and digital content to support product launches. I successfully planned, led and delivered quarterly campaigns centred around 100+ in-person events. Securing funding from global marketing bodies such as Sopexa. Working with a broad range of regions from California Wine Institute to Vins De Bordeaux, collaborating with their marketing teams on brand strategy and conceptualising custom events that met their objectives.I co-founded Winyl - a pop-up bar focused on great drinks and live music, a joint venture with London Union. A year into the relationship London Union offered me a full-time role as one of their Drinks Directors. Over the next 5 years the company grew from 2 to 6 sites across central London and went from turning over £5 million to over £15 million. We worked with many top drink brands and did launches and activations for the likes of Heineken, Bacardi, Moet, Red Bull and AB InBev.I am a confident networker, bringing effective skills in building and maintaining relationships internally and with key stakeholders.
