I am passionate about education and the direction we are heading with FISO 2.0 and students at the heart of our moral purpose. Every child deserves an education where they experience success. It is our job to find and develop student's passions and interests.I believe Professional Learning Communities (PLC) are about improving student outcomes through evidence based inquiry which is student focused. All inquiry cycles should be narrow and deep where success is gauged solely on student improved outcomes, whether they be academic, social or emotional. The 'why' is improved student outcomes, the 'how' is through teaching strategies.
