• Be the main point of contact with your client base, nurturing relationships and making sure both RedEye and the client get the best solutions possible against needs • Build and maintain a pipeline for client revenue opportunities, providing accurate forecasting to your Account Director and plans on how to successfully close opportunities to hit targets • Clear communication regularly with a number of stakeholders within client base, ranging from marketing executives all the way to director level • Work with your clients to help drive their digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they consistently generate maximum return in their online investment, covering email and mobile behavioural marketing, customer insight, In App Messaging and website optimisation • Use campaign data to provide your clients with meaningful reporting and insight to identify areas for further improvement delivering continuous growth to their campaign success • Provide regular recommendations for how clients should be utilising their data to drive their marketing communications further ahead • Support or complete contract negotiations maintaining or growing contracts at point of renewal• Begin line management responsibilities including working with HR on any projects or team development needs • Manage and develop team member/s, running workshops, training sessions, identifying and improving upon team member/s gaps • Identify and share knowledge across the team, working on supporting initiatives as requested or creating new initiates proactively to support the development of others• Management of client communications and incident resolution, involving the right team members to resolve and put in place measures to avoid repeat incidents if they do not exist already • Work with departments within RedEye to solve challenges for clients, providing feedback on product requirements and being the champion of any development launches to our client base

* Ensuring account plans are in place to develop individual account strategies for short, medium and long term partnerships and growth opportunities. * Identifying and retaining At Risk Customers within the portfolio* Managing portfolio to increase Contract penetration whilst maintaining profitability* Adherence to Account Management Activities including proactive management of price, business rules and commercial terms.* Identifying and driving growth opportunities within existing accounts using the principles of challenger sale, including - cross-selling and up-selling. * Responsible for complaint management for all portfolio customers for pricing disputes and coordination of other issues facilitating between other department including credit control, customer services, asset or order management* Interact and coordinate with external commercial teams and all other relevant departments to ensure a one team approach is used to resolve customer opportunities and issues* Attend and complete job related and mandatory training as required
