I am currently the Lead pastor of Redemption Church, which we planted as Life Connection church. In my current role as one of the lead pastors/elders, I preach, counsel, serve in youth, raise up leaders (deacons, ministry, leaders etc). I am engaged in all oversight of church functions. Our Church placed amongst the poor, marginalized, and is filled with much diversity. The church has bi-vocational leadership and multiple volunteers which I coordinate and disciple all the volunteers and a few hundred people who are members. This has given me 15+ years of leadership experience because I have and can administrate/coordinate many successful large scale events such as fundraisers, holiday services, and others. In this role, I was primarily responsible for helping our sales through the establishing of relationships with customers. I would give estimates at the houses of potential customers, and as well as keep track of current jobs to make sure they were meeting customer’s expectations. I would help our marketing department by creating content for our social media presence, as well as assist our web affiliate marketing process.
