Responsible for overseeing all operational activity and driving the company's strategic goals. Accountable for developing and implementing all core initiatives to ensure the company achieves it's short and long-term objectives.

Lining directly into the Managing Director, this role requires me to create and implement an enhanced business strategy to maximise new and existing customer sales. By analysing patterns in consumer and market behaviour, I am responsible for introducing strategic developments to consistently optimise the commercial performance of the business, whilst continually providing the best solution for each individual client.

Responsible for managing the design, implementation and improvement of all business critical processes across the UK and ROI. Ensuring all tactical and strategic changes undertaken by the business comply with regulation from the Financial Conduct Authority and the Central Bank of Ireland.

Working alongside Directors and Senior Management to evaluate current performance, identifying distinct areas for development. Designing and executing long term change strategies to improve company operations. Managing relationships with all levels of management to ensure the material implemented aligns with the strategic goals of the company. Comprehensive legal and regulatory understanding to ensure output is compliant with legislation and FCA regulation.

This role required relocating to Chatham, Kent for six months to assist with the development of systems and scripts in order to establish the new loan department from its infancy. Working with all levels of management to implement improvements to the process making it as streamline and customer focused as possible. Offering loans to existing customers in order to increase the likelihood of a successful cross-sell. Mentoring the new inductees to ensure they became proficient within their role, reducing the risk of non-compliance and potential detriment to the company. Subsequently responsible for the creation of a loans department in Bradford to fit the company's cross-site matrix.
