From O365 and Azure, to Liongard and migration tools, I handle a large variety of technical issues that need to be met quickly and with assurance.It is a joy for me to problem solve and find solutions for the odd problems that occur in complex environments and the everyday products we support. I work hand in hand with Pax8 partner's, MSPs managing any number of business's IT needs, to find resolutions for break/fix scenarios, assist with breaches in security, and provide insight and consulting on how to use the majority of features across the O365 platform and Azure, among other products.Due to the constant nature of the workflow, knowledge and efficiency grows naturally every day just a bit at a time, so improvement and learning are a big part of the job.
