From the start of my career in the retail industry, a deep passion for customer service and genuine care for the team around me, has guided me through a varied career pathway. Beginning with a retail trainee-ship and backed by proven results, I have held many positions in leadership and management from running a department with +50 team members to leading project teams delivering large IT applications and solutions to businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Along the way, I have been honoured to receive industry recognition for my hard work and results including the National Retail Association - American Express Young Retailer of the Year 2006.
