At MMI Consulting I work primarily as a Software Consultant, doing development, implementation, and customization. My focus is on the technical aspects of Oracle's JD Edwards ERP solutions and I have worked in all modules from Finance to Manufacturing/Distribution. The clients I provide services to are diverse as well: Manufacturing, Construction, Banking/Finance, Hospitality, etc. I am considered by my clients to be an industry specialist but if there is something I do not know or can not provide, I am always willing and able to find someone who can.In addition to my offerings as a Software Consultant, often I have taken on a much broader role as Information Technology Consultant and Solution Provider. As a result of my experience and curiosity in diverse industries I often find myself acting as a business adviser. My relationships with these clients continue to be as a Software Consultant, but at times I'm called upon to represent Information Technology interests at the "boardroom table". I have been involved with the IT aspect of multimillion dollar mergers and acquisitions, assisting with due diligence and transition planning. I've assisted clients with issues related to software audits and software license compliance, as well as internal/external audits and Sarbanes-Oxley.My diversity allows me to provide customer support in all aspects of running a world-class Information Technology department.

As a Real Estate Investor, I am owner and manager of over 50 units varying in type from single-family homes to industrial/commercial complexes. My interest is in obtaining real estate as a long-term investment, as opposed to investors that are "flipping" properties. I have been involved in the construction of both commercial and residential units; however, most of my properties were obtained through acquisition from private sellers and bank owned repossessions.

At Drift Aerospace my responsibilities include raising capital and helping with the challenges associated with rapid growth. We have a strong desire to become a leader in the marketplace and we are on track to make that happen.

My involvement at U-Save Auto was that of Investor and Financial Controller. I performed all accounting functions, including bank reconciliation, tax filings and payroll. Staying involved at that level allowed me to monitor my investment while staying out of daily operations.

During my time with AMX International I worked as both a technical and application consultant for JD Edwards software. The clients I assisted were diverse, from heavy manufacturing to public sector. My tenure took me from Canada to Mexico and all areas in the United States. Responsibilities included programming, training, problem solving, design, analysis and implementation of business software into various companies to suit their specific needs. I developed and implemented many data exchange interfaces and software enhancements. In addition to this, I managed the workflow of other programmers on selected projects and functioned as a project manager.

Jetway Systems, the company's former name, contracted with me to do Programming/Analyst work for their Information Technology department. My focus was on the JD Edwards manufacturing package custom modification and development. I served as the primary programmer in the conversion from Data-3 to JD Edwards.

My relationship with the Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College began as a student that was hand selected by the IT staff to work on a work study program. Shortly thereafter, I was hired as a part-time RPG and CL Programmer/Analyst on the IBM System/38. I assisted in the design and development of the Student Information System. The S.I.S. was an in-house developed student attendance and education tracking system. It housed all class enrollments, education program guidelines and grading for all past and presently enrolled students.
