Various Locations

Provided support for well over 2000 users, computers, and devices. Continuously updated all computers with security updates for all computers on the network using Retina Security Auditing, SCCM, LanGuard, and Remote Desktop. Ensured availability of all data on the servers by conducting weekly backups. Maintained security on multiple servers by providing using the Encrypting File System and setting security options to only allow certain personnel into certain folders.

Various Locations

Provided support for multiple customers in excess of 200 per site. Moved well over 2000 user and computer accounts in Active Directory and Exchange Server. Wiped, reformatted, and re-installed over 600 computers total, ensuring the computers are properly functional and have the minimum requirements for use for the customer.

Iraq

Provided logistical support for a Technical Control Facility in Northern Iraq. Ensured proper accountability for all equipment in excess of $10 M. Shipped various pieces of equipment to various locations of Iraq to ensure redundancy at other Technical Control Facilities.

Provided guidance, training, and purpose to a section of over 50 new employees byconducting training on equipment they will use: i.e. routers, switches, Voice overInternet Protocol phones, satellite transmission terminals, radio frequencies, terminals,and units, and military grade fiber optic cable* Continuously chosen out of six to conduct and lead training on equipment, preparing fortraining exercises for fielding the equipment, and recovering items used before, during,and after the mission has been completed* Managed and counseled over 12 employees on job performance and training; resulted inone employee receiving Security + and one employee receiving over 36 Credit Hours
