Senior enlisted advisor to the 495 Fighter Group Commander and ten subordinate squadron CCs, Senior Enlisted Leaders and First Sergeants on all matters affecting over 958 Total Force Integration (TFI) personnel embedded at ten geographically separated Active Associate (AA) Fighter Squadrons with a total of 23 operating locations in 21 States. Coordinates w/AFPC & ACC functional managers; sources manpower allocations to support mission requirements. Strategizes, drafts, coordinates, and executes TFI AA policy with DAF TFI/DSI, U.S. Army, USN, USSF and numerous MAJCOM host installation and unit support agencies as needed to support assigned Airmen and advance the 495th FG's mission. Serves as the Regular USAF liaison to host unit CCMs & CEMs; provides insight on Regular USAF issues and enlisted professional development. Fulfills both wing-level Command Chief and Group SEL responsibilities as the only Chief Master Sergeant assigned to 15th Air Force's most diverse Direct Reporting Unit.
