- Oversees logistics and operations of the Student Engagement unit consisting of 10 professional staff members and Graduate Assistants.- Sits on Special Events Advising Team (SEAT) alongside collegues in event management, general counsel, President's office, public safety, facilities and public affairs to asses high profile events that require special attention. - Acts as a university delegate as needed to support events that might require de-escalation due to controversial topics that may have potential for disruption. -Team supports student new student orientation, student group advising, WKCR Radio Station, Alternative Break Program, Davis Projects for Peace, Student Government, community programming etc. - Collaborates with campus partners on various projects to support student life. - Supports the student group adjudication process.

- Oversees all aspects of the New Student Orientation Program (NSOP) for Columbia College and Columbia Engineering including management of operational budget, assessment, student leader recruitment & training and day to day logistics- Supervises three Assistant Directors who oversee orientation or pre-orientation programs including: Columbia Outdoor Orientation Program (COOP) and Columbia Urban Experience (CUE)- Collaborates with Executive Director on long term strategic planning for unit- Collaborates with Barnard College and the School of General Studies to plan and coordinate joint school orientation programs. - Assists student groups in the planning of large-scale annual programs such as the spring concert and senior events.- Chairs community programming committee that hosts large scale events for the campus community throughout the academic year

-Supported Executive Director in managing operational performance of three meal plan dining facilities and six retail facilities- Supervised managers who had oversight of 175+ union staff members- Acted as a liaison between Dining and a number of offices and departments across campus- Met and integrated with students to ensure that the department is fostering a sense of community within the dining program- Approved unit hires and monitored their training and evaluation. Addressed any developmental or training needs. - Collaboratively developed and executed projects with Executive Director- Built systems to ensure consistency and accountability across all units
