This was a series of formal and informal roles where I led transformation initiatives across IT Operations. This included:- Led work to evolve our IT operations application enhancement process to be 75% faster and more agile.- Stood up new organization capability to drive, fund and deliver innovation ideas from outsource partners- Transformed how we fund and govern $12M/yr in small IT initiatives to maximize value with appropriate governance

Led a team to stand up new Demand Management and IT Investment capabilities across Suncor to ensure the right work was done at the right time. Transformation initiatives included:- Stood up organizational capabilities to centrally intake, budget and prioritize large demand projects exceeding $250M/yr. This resulted in ~$75M/yr cost avoidance.- Led work to standardize service intake processes from 25 down to 1.
