Spearheaded a 120-member team in conceptualizing, developing, and executing intensive, high-risk training for over 2,000 SEAL Team operators. I directed daily operations, coordinated activities, and aligned strategic training initiatives for four East Coast SEAL Teams and seven distinct training sites. Additionally, I drove transformative process enhancements throughout eight departments to enhance communication and streamline my organization's training operations.

Led a 45-person cross-functional team in the execution of strategic global missions and hundreds sensitive special operations. As a Program Director, I played a pivotal role in developing and implementing unique sensitive technologies, forging enduring relationships within the upper echelons of the U.S. government and private sector. I fostered close collaboration with international partners and United States Embassies, and drove innovation through successful organizational change initiatives and design thinking. Additionally, I managed an annual budget exceeding $20M.

Led a tightly-knit, cross-functional team of seven individuals, orchestrating flawless execution in planning and conducting hundreds of high-risk, sensitive operations with a 100% success record. Spearheaded the design and implementation of pioneering training methodologies for sensitive special operations, equipping more than 100 team members with the skills to lead complex missions in challenging environments. Cultivated robust partnerships with Federal and State law enforcement agencies, enabling the utilization of new training sites and elevating technical proficiency across all teams.

Guiding an 18-person team, I led combat operations across three remote international areas, seamlessly integrating with specialized teams from the U.S. government, Non-Governmental Organizations, and local government and business leaders. Additionally, I trained and mentored team members through an intense one-year program, fostering the development of exceptional technical and tactical capabilities.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have served 15 years as an Enlisted Navy SEAL, in a community of the greatest warriors, leaders, teammates, and friends on earth. I can't begin to summarize how much I learned, and the incredible people I learned it all from. It was a true privilege for me to have led, trained, and served with hundreds of teammates in conducting the full spectrum of Naval Special Warfare missions. Throughout six deployments as an enlisted man, including three combat tours, I was honored to serve at nearly all organizational levels and deployment environments. From safeguarding a foreign head of state, to multi-day clandestine operations, to high-risk raids capturing extremely violent people, to 1-2 person low-vis sensitive operations. Wow, what a ride.
