I am the product manager for our Content Management System, Analytics and SEO applications. These systems support our primary website as well as 20+ websites for programs supporting smoking cessation. My primary responsibility is to make sure sites are performing at their best and keeping a groomed backlog with user stories of product enhancements and bugs. Additional items include site analytics (GA/GTM) and SEO planning and implementation. I also do a large number of email campaigns including building the emails, creating the send lists and sending those emails.I work across multiple teams to identify new functionality. This includes writing specification and requirements documentation as well as user stories. From these I will work with our vendor to build out the functionality. Often times I will build out the functionality myself since I have a background in website and application development. I manage a team of great people who assist in making sure everything is as it should. I pride myself in being able to communicate with executives as well as technical deep in the trenches.
