-Responsible for configuration and deployment of the full suite of products and equipment that Fusion Connect supports including: Cisco Meraki, Cisco IOS, VeloCloud, Fortinet, Adtran, Polycom, BroadSoft, etc.-Provide real-time inbound/outbound support and direction to Field Engineers, customers, partners and 3rd party vendors for the installation of Fusion Connect's products and services.-Support Project Managers with technical consultations and solution validation for SDWAN, VoIP, Cloud, Managed Security, and Wireless products.-Assist with diagnostics and support for wide range of access products including Fiber, Ethernet, T1, Cable, and Wireless broadband.-Partner with other Engineering and Architecture teams to help design and test solutions to problems and bugs.

-Address issues beyond the technical ability of Tier II teams involving network connectivity, customer network equipment, VoIP, VPN, MPLS, and more.-Ensure proper customer communication for escalated tickets defined as tickets that have the attention of Senior Level Management (VP, Executive level) and/or are related to recurring or repeat issues.-Identify training opportunities for areas of technical support weakness.-Performs advanced troubleshooting/diagnostics to identify problem areas for resolution.-Tracks trouble resolutions, provides ticket updates and other information to customers.

-Troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of customer network equipment.-Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve circuit issues including PRI, DS1, DS3, Ethernet, and Fiber.-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN, MPLS, firewall, and more.-Performs advanced troubleshooting/diagnostics to identify problem areas for resolution.-Tracks trouble resolutions, provides ticket updates and other information to customers.-Work closely with customers, engineering, and telecommunications carriers to resolve service issues.

-Troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of network elements and customer network equipment. -Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve circuit issues including PRI, DS1, DS3, Ethernet, Fiber, and more.-Performs advanced troubleshooting/diagnostics to identify problem areas for resolution.-Tracks trouble resolutions, provides ticket updates and other information to customers.-Work closely with customers, engineering, and telecommunications carriers to resolve service issues.

-Troubleshooting SIP captures, codecs, and monitoring of network elements.-Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve circuit issues including PRI, DS1, DS3, Ethernet, Fiber, and more.-Track and update problems in trouble ticketing system.-Work closely with various internal departments and telecommunications carriers to resolve service issues.
