Upon completing my studies at the University of Winchester, I was awarded a First Class Degree in Accounting and Finance. Currently, my goal is to become part of a dynamic and successful team, to learn from skilled professionals and to build upon my existing knowledge. I am extremely interested in the financial markets and have a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry. I believe that I have the ambition necessary to succeed in such a role and am confident in my strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.During my time at University, I have developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and management accounting. Modules in my final year included financial risk management, investment analysis and audit assurance. I believe that these skills, along with my strong leadership and communication abilities, make me an ideal candidate for the type of role I am seeking. When I am not studying, I play chess, snooker and photography has been another long-standing hobby of mine. I also have a passion for reading, typically fiction, however, recently I have been making an effort to expand my knowledge of the financial markets and have been focusing my reading towards such areas.
