Working in the service delivery Team I work closely with our suppliers delivering Internet services. I have an extensive knowledge of Easynet systems and processes have created many help documents to allow my colleagues to learn any new systems that come along.I have also been working with one of the developers to help and troubleshoot the new ITRIX port allocations systems from testing its features to pin pointing any errors and help resolving them.I started to develop some new programs for service delivery one being for new VLANs would be generated for our various suppliers. This is almost fully completed but still some minor developments are required (Visual Basic 6). Also I was creating a new template generator for emails to be sent to customers but due to changes in HEAT this was no longer required. (Visual C#)

Due to the initial Implementation Executive leaving and further redundancies I was requested to deputise this role for the remainder of my contract. This involved working directly with the managers. I had to create, run and manage reports so that the monthly KPI targets were met. While doing this I had also taken on a more senior role which was where I provided support for other operators. After working with company for 2 years the bath store was shut down and I was transferred to Emerson's green, due to it being a new store I was given training to become a supervisor, this involved cashing up, merchandising, training new staff and in certain instances to look after the store while the manager was away.
