I'm a Business Transformation Analyst at Deloitte Consulting with a passion for leveraging technology and innovation to create a more sustainable future. My year of experience working on large-scale projects within the Public Sector has allowed me to hone my skills in navigating complex project environments while always seeking out growth opportunities and developing impactful solutions. At Deloitte, I've excelled at managing a PMO workstream for a major Public Sector project, where I've successfully identified areas for improvement, such as streamlining dependency tracking and developing comprehensive project handbooks. I thrive in collaborative environments and believe that strong stakeholder relationships are crucial for achieving exceptional results. My time at Deloitte has also significantly enhanced my proficiency in data analysis tools like Atlassian and Excel, allowing me to approach challenges with a data-driven mindset. Before joining Deloitte, I had the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects at the Co-operative Bank and Best Talent. At the Co-operative Bank, I was deeply involved in a significant initiative aimed at shaping the future of banking, where I was able to merge my passion for digital innovation with my commitment to sustainable development. This experience solidified my belief in the power of businesses to drive positive change. At Best Talent, I thrived on the opportunity to see projects through from the initial research phase to post-launch analysis, constantly seeking ways to adapt and improve for greater success. My commitment to sustainability is deeply ingrained in my personal and professional life. I'm a certified Green Project Manager (GPM-b) and a graduate of the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership's "Towards Net Zero" course. Beyond my consulting work, I'm an active advocate for sustainability, with past experience in campaigning and activism for climate action as part of the Fridays For Future movement. Outside of work, I'm passionate about running and triathlon, having organised a cross-country race for Warwick XC club in 2022 that had over 200 participants, and competing in the Cork Ironman 70.3. I also learn Swedish to an Intermediate level.

Social Media Campaign Co-CreatorBeatfreeks Apr 2020 - May 2020Birmingham, England, United KingdomIn this project I co-created a social media strategy to encourage young people to follow Covid-19 guidance and counteract the spread of fake news in collaboration with Birmingham City Council. As part of this I designed content alongside a group of 20 young people, and personally designed a bingo-style quiz which was adapted and used by the main Beatfreeks team at a later date.
