Responsibilities include implementing stakeholder requirements for product design and validation, direct and effective reporting to all internal and external project stakeholders. • Delivery of a Multinational database project with minimal resources and supports. • Developed end-to-end process flow for a manufacturing facility, reducing overall operational costs. • Developed and delivered a Quality Management System, for a start-up manufacturing organisation. • Constantly delivering outstanding leadership, project management skills, and client services with recommendations from several internal and external clients. • Provided a feasibility study on market and legislative trends with an in-depth analysis of path to market for the client, in order to reduce risk and cost. • Developed and delivered several new products and secondary products with bottom-up approach. Utilising CAD software and product analysis tools. • Performed extensive reviews for prospective projects, researching details and creating commercialisation strategies. These included analysing several blue ocean transition projects for online markets.

Managed and operated two businesses from one premises, creating a fun family daytime experience and popular nightlife spot with the capacity of 50-75 people, serving customers from 9 am until 3 am; this includes food and drinks from a wide selection. Whilst simultaneously operating a business centre with mentorship facilities for first time start-ups driven by the ex-pat population in Southern Spain.

This Vineyard is a family owned boutique winery, with just over 40 acres of vines, a small operation there were only 9 employees, producing 24 different wines since 1984, seeing over 100,000 customers a year, catering for private events, a large wine club with over 700 members, and an annual turn-over in the region of 6 million.
