• Met with clients and other attorneys throughout the litigation process, and engaged in conflict resolution among clients, other attorneys, judges, media and more• Conducted depositions and attended hearings before state court Judges• Drafted pleadings, conducted extensive legal research, and successfully settled cases for the firm through mediation and other means

• Drafted briefs, complaints, and memoranda on a variety of personal injury cases• Conducted legal research on LexisNexis and Westlaw • Drafted and prepared letters regarding client matters• Attended and assisted with client meetings, and engaged in conflict resolution among clients, other attorneys, judges and more• Evaluated potential cases

Provide legal counsel to the leadership of the West Virginia House of Delegates.

I served as Chairman of the West Virginia Federation of College Republicans, wherein I served as an organizational leader and managed clubs throughout the state of West Virginia. This position allowed me to make many connections and travel across the country to places like New Orleans, San Diego, Washington, DC, Austin, and more. I also attended the AIPAC Campus Allies trip to Israel in 2011.

This was a temporary position where I worked during the summer for the census bureau, visiting the homes of persons who were unable to submit their original census documentation.
