I was apart of the core team who opened Avril largest restaurant/kitchen at their Laval location. My responsibilities were: R&D all new recipes, hired/ trained head chef, equipment purchasing, blueprint planning. Let’s not forgot all the fun challenges that go along with opening a new location.
