I have many years as a youth pastor and also worked in a residential treatment center for juveniles both juvenile sex offenders and drug and alcohol rehabilitation for juvenile felons. I have skills in verbal de-escalation, and physical intervention. I also have Incident command system certifications through FEMA, which are: ICS 100, ICS 200, ICS 700, and ICS 800. I have taken courses in business law, constitutional law, and criminal law.
