Aaron's responsibilities at Kinectrics include leadership roles in the design, development, prototyping, manufacturing, integration and testing, and operations development and support for major, innovative projects of remotely operated inspection tooling in support of the CANDU industry.Aaron also takes lead roles in mentoring, training, process continuous improvement, and design process enhancement initiatives.

Aaron was responsible for integration and testing, and systems engineering, in space station robotics. This included lead roles for 'DEXTRE', a two-armed dextrous robot contributed to the International Space Station by Canada (through the Canadian Space Agency). A career highlight was getting to work with astronauts at the Neutral Buoyancy Lab (NBL), and at Mission Control at NASA's John Space Centre.He also spent time time at the Canadian Space Agency supporting operations of Canadarm2, another significant, Canadian robotic contribution to the International Space Station.
