Provides support on all HR duties needed to execute the Talent Strategy for the Commercial business. Primarily focuses on HR Data analytics, benefits, policies, and implementation of HR processes. Experience in multiple HRIS, Identify/lead improvement projects with a proven track record of initiating and delivering sustained results through fundamental change, improvement in strategy, process, and profitability both as a leader & consultant. Progressive experience managing diverse cross-functional teams while developing individuals into top performers in their area while building strong relationships with employees across all levels within an organization.
