Lead the department to work on site in line with production schedule, and ensure timely delivery•Coordinate with each department to assure efficient communication and to provide production reports to the Operation Director in order to reach production optimization•Make sure that qualified employees are put in the right position. Think strategically and to enhance cost efficiency.•To achieve scrap target through continuous improvement of process and operation skills•As organizer for new project development and launch•Be responsible for people or process that can impact on H&E•Set up and implement lean production and continuous improvement in production management.

•Take charge of daily operation and management, control production cost strictly.•Take charge of implementation of SHE to make sure high quality product as well as production safety, thus, to prevent all kinds of incidents•Through duty decomposing and implementation, make goal and planning for each sector, inspect and follow its process, strive hard for the achievement of the company’s annual operation goal.•Implement department’s performance evaluation mechanism to constantly improve the team performance by optimizing personal through competition.•Organize and arrange all kinds of training as planned providing promotion opportunities for the staff at key post to boost their enthusiasm and morality.•Provide or seek for the necessary support for his subordinate as much as possible to facilitate their work.•Coordinate the production department and the other departments to get close partnership to solve the problems arising during production and to make proper production running. •Guide, assist and supervise the shift leader on production management with the purpose of improving their management skills and performances.•As a production leader to launch new project

•Customer and Process Quality •Customer audits•Customer PPAP preparation and submission for new or changed products•Customer concern management during all product life period. •Support new project development and launch.•In-process control and nonconforming control within company, including First Time Yield analysis and authorization of line stop.•Supplier Quality •Receiving quality - incoming part inspection•New/changed part release - PPAP approval•Concern management after SOP (Start of Production),•Supplier part/process audits and kick-off intensive improvement plan to suppliers when necessary.
