Work closely with OSU's business development and intellectual property and licensing teams to deliver agreements and processes for matters related to customers' applied research and development.

Identify bottlenecks and strategically plan and coordinate the implementation of new processes to help streamline processes and improve staff efficiency and accuracy.Analyze billing data with a focus on identifying lost revenue. Coordinate the bid process from initiation through completion. Responsible for timeliness of acquisition of all athletic supplies and equipment, non-athletic equipment, supplies, goods and services.Manage department procurement cards. Review, approve, & reconcile all Athletic Department procurement card transactions. Input all monthly expenses into MIP accounting system.Oversee and manage all Athletic Department accounts payable. Process all requisitions, maintain vendor file, purchase orders, and process all invoices for OSU Athletics. Ensure accuracy of invoices, ensuring OSU and State policies are followed.Coordinate with the central purchasing office all bids and RFP's.Responsible for ensuring compliance with University, State, NCAA, & Big 12 Conference rules and regulations are followed.
